Dr. Reid Rasmussen was born and raised in Sabin, Minnesota. While attending Bemidji State University he preformed clinical research in molecular and microbiology and completed an internship at the Red River Zoo in Fargo, ND. His love for medicine and animals then lead him to the field of veterinary medicine. He then obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Midwestern University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2024.
Dr. Rasmussen has special interests in pain management, rehabilitation, and orthopedic surgery.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Rasmussen likes spending time fishing, hiking, and playing with his dog Belle.
