Katheryn has been a CVT for just under a year, yet she hardly lacks the experience with 6 years in the veterinary field.
She went to school at Minnesota North College - Vermillion and graduated with her AAS in veterinary technology in December of 2024. She passed her VTNE in February of 2025 and obtained her certification after that.
She joined Bemidji Veterinary Hospital in January of 2025.
In her own time she enjoys doing activities outdoors like hiking, fishing and hunting, but she can enjoy a good evening relaxing at home with her furry friends! She enjoys doing art crafts like painting and crocheting.
She has three cats at home named Sven, Alister, and Franklin. Two perfect dogs named Luna and Opal. Lastly, but not least she has two adorable rats at home too named Peony and Priscilla!
Her favorite part of the job has to be Urgent Care Saturdays helping out the pets in need!
