Dr. Ramya Kota is a veterinarian with a passion for small-animal medicine and surgery, especially soft tissue surgery.
She earned her BVSc in India and recently completed her M.S. in Animal Science at Fort Valley State University in Georgia. She is excited to join the Bemidji Veterinary Hospital team and looks forward to providing compassionate care to pets and their families while continuing to learn and grow as a veterinarian.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Ramya enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, especially playing volleyball and pickleball and exploring new places.
